What is Osho Dynamic Meditation?

Osho’s Dynamic Meditation is an active fast, thorough & proven way to break through old ingrained patterns of the mind-body that keep one imprisoned in the past.

Osho Dynamic meditation allows you to drop into the peace, stillness & freedom that is hidden beneath thought. 

This Osho Dynamic Meditation is hosted in the Margaret River Area in Yallingup, Western Australia, will be done with specific OSHO Dynamic Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages.

Breakdown of stages:

Each lasts 10 minutes.
Eyes are encouraged to stay closed throughout, to keep your attention within, & avoid judgement and distraction.

Stage One - Breathing. 
You will be guided through techniques of chaotic breathing that will begin to release trapped emotional energy within.

Stage Two - Total Let Go.
In this stage, you will shake & dance unrhythmically to Dynamic Meditation Music, letting your body take over without interference from the mind. Here we loosen & shake out every part of the body.

Stage Three - Something a little different… 
With arms raised high above your head, jump up & down shouting the mantra, “Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!” as deeply as possible. Each time you land, let the sound hammer deep into the root chakra centre.

Here we give all we have; exhausting ourselves completely.

Stage Four - Stop.
Freeze in whatever position you have landed in & become the witness of all the sensations moving through your body.

Stage Five - Celebrate
Express with music & dance whatever is there. Allow the aliveness to ripple through.

Carry this aliveness with you through the rest of your day.

Vivek has been using ecstatic dance and Osho's Dynamic Meditation as a way to unpeel himself and return to inner peace and joy.

Being highly athletic & from a surfing & trade background, he has found physical activity a powerful way to let go of tension and quieten his mind when simply sitting in meditation is challenging.

In our busy world, this is common. It can be difficult to switch straight from racing thoughts into silence.

This practice was created with the intention of transitioning through this gap by one of the greatest awakened masters of all time.
